During his visit to China, a Taiwanese businessman asserted that he photographed an unusual UFO.
While on a trip to Yunnan Province, southwest China, a Taiwanese businessman took a captivating shot of Lake Dian. Upon returning to Taipei and reviewing the photo, he noticed a peculiar doughnut-shaped object hovering in the sky above the water.
Insisting it must be a UFO, 44-year-old John Chen shared the image with a UFO expert in the UK, who couldn’t definitively identify the object, labeling it an “open verdict.” The mysterious craft exhibited ridged sides and seemed suspended in mid-air.
According to Mr. Chen, what added to the mystery was that he didn’t notice the UFO at the time of capturing the photo. It was his wife’s sister who pointed it out, initially dismissed as a joke.

Even more intriguingly, when Mr. Chen compared his pictures with those taken by colleagues at the lake that day, the UFO didn’t appear in any other photos.
British UFO expert Philip Mantle received the images but has yet to provide a conclusive analysis. “What I can say is that the photographer in question has always cooperated and seems genuinely puzzled by the images in his photos,” Mantle commented.
